Returns & Refund Policy

Damaged, wrong or expired items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or expired product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at avyaanindustrybr@gmail.com or 9288650065 with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or refund after verification.

Food items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped from your account or by contacting us. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank/UPI transfer.
